We are the regulator for the Curaçao land-based casino industry, the licensing authority for all lotteries, charity bingo, charity bon ku ne, and based on the recently implemented Landsverordening op de Kansspelen (National Ordinance on Games of Chance) (LOK), the regulator for the online gaming industry.

The GCB is a Silver Member of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG). For the GCB and FMA, this membership is an important source of knowledge, resources and networking opportunities in support of our efforts to prevent and reduce the harm that gambling addiction can inflict.

We are a member of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR). This membership provides gaming regulators the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with their peers, and to stay abreast of important developments in the gaming industry.
